A letter from National Indivisible
ABC/Disney is putting Jimmy Kimmel back on the air TONIGHT. ???? We took action. We broke through. WE WON.
To the thousands of you who canceled your subscriptions, postponed your Disney vacations, and made ABC/Disney hear your voice: Thank you. You proved to one of the world's most powerful corporations that there's a price to pay for bending the knee, and together we notched an important victory for free speech.
But our work isn't done. We still need a full investigation into the threats made by FCC Chairman Carr and the potential collaboration of broadcasters Nexstar Media Group and Sinclair Broadcast Group -- both of whom still refuse to air Kimmel's show. Here's what you can do next:
Email your representative (link below) to demand that Carr and his corporate collaborators at Nexstar/Sinclair are called before Congress to testify. We need to ensure they answer, under oath, about what went on in the days surrounding Carr's mafioso threat and Kimmel's removal from the airwaves. If you're in a Nexstar or Sinclair (map/list below) TV market, call and email them to demand they resist Trump's trampling of the First Amendment and air Jimmy Kimmel Live! Contact Nexstar or Sinclair below.

P.S. Boycotts are meant to accomplish a goal, and ours -- pushing ABC/Disney to defy Trump and air Kimmel -- has been achieved. We'll keep a close eye on Disney's actions moving forward, but we're no longer calling for a boycott. If or when you choose to resume purchasing Disney services is entirely up to you.
