Famous Hollywood actor and "UN Messenger of Peace" Leonardo DiCaprio claims to be an environmentalist and a nice guy. Yet he plans to own 10% of an "environmentally friendly" luxury hotel with yacht marina in an apartheid state engaged in livestreamed genocide.

DiCaprio has invested in Israel for years, including in 2011 putting $4 million into an Israeli social photo and video-sharing app called Mobli, and in 2021 investing an unknown amount in a lab-grown meat company called Aleph Farms.

DiCaprio reportedly has a net worth of about $300 million. Last December it was big news when the United Nations proposed boosting spending on support for Gazans by $4.98 million. Israel is keeping food from entering Gaza where people are dying of starvation and of being violently killed by the Israeli military.
